Shevis Automation sells only new products. We do not sell refurbished or used products. Please confirm the manufacturer part number, voltage, interfaces and any revision requirements before placing an order.
Business hours
Our customer service hours are 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8, Asia/Shanghai). Working days and holiday closures follow the official Chinese working-day and public-holiday calendar, including adjusted working days. Messages received outside these hours will be handled during our next working period.
Urgent enquiries
For urgent product or order enquiries, please contact us on WhatsApp using the link below. Include your order reference, if available, and a brief description of the issue. Messages outside business hours will be reviewed as soon as possible; immediate or round-the-clock support is not guaranteed.
Orders and delivery
When contacting us about an order, include your order reference, brand, model or MPN and the delivery destination. These details help us identify your enquiry and assist with delivery questions.
Product issues and warranty
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-working product, retain the packaging and contact us with your order reference, model, serial number where available, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Our products carry an 18-month seller warranty from the delivery date. Please review our warranty and returns policies for the applicable process and conditions.
