Seller and contract information
Seller identity, tax details and contact information are set out in the business information fields. These fields remain blank during site preparation. The order must identify the product, quantity, condition, price, currency and applicable commercial terms. A cart entry is not an accepted order. Payment confirmation and order acceptance must be communicated clearly.
Export eligibility and licensing
Exports are subject to applicable PRC foreign trade and export control laws, including controls on dual-use items and temporary controls. Products will be assessed by their actual technical specifications, destination, end user and end use. A catalog listing does not establish that an export is unrestricted. Where authorization is required, shipment must wait until it is obtained.
End-user and end-use information
Customers must provide accurate destination, recipient and end-use information reasonably required for export review. Restricted transactions must not proceed. Changes to declared end users or end uses require review and any necessary authorization. An order affected by a legal restriction may need to be suspended or cancelled; any resulting refund will be handled under the contract and mandatory law.
Customs documents and declarations
Goods must be declared truthfully, with the required supporting documents and licences. Requests to understate value, misdescribe goods or conceal the recipient will not be accepted. Product classification and country-of-origin information must be supported by the actual goods. Import requirements at destination must also be addressed before dispatch.
Quality, inspection and remedies
The agreed specifications and condition form part of the order. Customers should inspect the delivered goods and notify the seller of discrepancies without unnecessary delay. Contractual procedures do not remove remedies available under mandatory law. Liability for non-conforming performance will be determined under the applicable contract and law; no blanket exclusion of statutory liability is intended.
Applicable law and disputes
The transaction is intended to be governed by PRC law to the extent a valid choice is permitted. Applicable international sales conventions and mandatory consumer protections at destination must also be considered. No exclusive court or arbitration forum is designated while the seller details are incomplete. Parties should first seek a practical resolution without restricting mandatory legal remedies.
