18-month warranty
Shevis Automation sells only new products. We do not sell refurbished or used products. All products sold by Shevis Automation are covered by an 18-month seller warranty from the date of delivery for faults arising under normal use in accordance with the product instructions and agreed specifications. This warranty is provided by Shanghai Sheweisi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Shevis Automation. It does not imply manufacturer authorization or manufacturer warranty coverage.
How to request warranty service
Contact Customer@Shevisautomation.com with your order reference, brand, model or MPN, serial number where available, a description of the fault, and relevant photographs or videos. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us promptly and retain the packaging. A delay in reporting does not remove any mandatory statutory rights. Please stop using a product if continued use may cause damage or create a safety risk.
Assessment, repair, replacement and refunds
Shevis Automation will assess the reported issue and may request further information or return of the product for inspection. For a covered fault, we will arrange an appropriate repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If repair or replacement is not feasible, or where applicable law provides another remedy, a refund or price reduction will be provided as required. Nothing in this policy restricts a consumer’s statutory choice of remedy or makes a legally required refund subject solely to our discretion.
Warranty exclusions
This commercial warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by tampering or unauthorized modification; installation, removal or operation contrary to the product instructions; use of an incorrect voltage or electrical supply; incompatible or non-genuine components that cause the fault; misuse, negligence or unsuitable operating conditions; or improper repair attempts. It also excludes damage caused by lightning, fire, flooding, vandalism or other external events, and ordinary wear and tear. These exclusions apply to the extent the relevant action or event caused the claimed fault. They do not exclude unrelated defects or override mandatory statutory rights.
Repair authorization and shipping
Contact Shevis Automation for repair authorization and shipping instructions before sending a product for warranty inspection or repair. Provide the order reference, product model and serial number where available, and a description of the fault. Include the repair authorization with the item and package it securely to avoid transit damage. We will confirm the repair destination, shipping arrangements and responsibility for costs before dispatch. For international repair shipments, follow the agreed customs instructions and accurately describe the goods and purpose of shipment. Sending a product for inspection or repair does not constitute a return request or approval for a refund. Where applicable law requires the seller to cover the necessary costs of a remedy, those requirements apply. This repair procedure does not limit mandatory statutory rights.
Scope and statutory rights
This commercial warranty covers the affected product. Any rights or liabilities beyond that coverage are governed by the sales contract and applicable law. Consumers may have legal rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods that last longer than 18 months. The 18-month commercial warranty does not replace, shorten or limit those rights.
